ITU Card Request

-Guest Faculty Members who will be starting their duties at our institution can create their ITU CARD following the steps below:

Step 1: After completing the procedures mentioned at the following link: https://bidb.itu.edu.tr/seyir-defteri/blog/2016/10/14/portala-e-devlet-ile-erisim-ve-sifre-alma,

Step 2: Upload a photo at the address "portal.itu.edu.tr", and the card printing will be ready.

Step 3: After the card printing is completed, the card will be delivered to the department where the individual is assigned.

- For Foreign National Guest Faculty Members who will be starting their duties at our institution, the card process will be completed by us once the department provides us with the individual's photo and personal information, and we define the person in the personnel system.
